Bramford – A Suffolk Village Volume 2

Bramford photos 2

Following on from our successful booklet “Bramford – A Suffolk Village”
published in 2011 (now out of print but reproduced here) we
have put together another collection of photographs in Volume 2. It
contains over 50 pages images of the village and its people from the
19th and 20th Centuries. Available now at £7 each.

Bramford Manor & Soke

Bramford Manor & SokeThis booklet was written by the Rev J T Munday and published by the Parochial Church Council in the 1970’s to raise funds for the church. With the permission of the Bramford PCC we have reprinted it with a few additions and corrections.
Translated from original documents over 700 years old it gives an overview of the material available to historians that relate to our village. To quote from the Rev Munday himself “Bramford is interesting to the local historian, largely because it was an Ancient Royal Demesne and it was the headquarters of a Soke in ecclesiastical hands”
All proceeds from the sale of this booklet will go towards the upkeep of Bramford Church.
Price £2 not including P&P
